Kesenjangan antara tuntutan akademik dan kematangan afektif anak usia dini masih sering mengabaikan peran penting dukungan psikologis guru dalam interaksi pembelajaran. Padahal, validasi emosi merupakan salah satu determinan utama dalam pembentukan integritas diri anak. Penelitian korelasional ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh validasi emosi terhadap kontrol diri dan konsep diri anak usia 4–6 tahun sebagai komponen fundamental dalam pengembangan karakter. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 166 anak dari berbagai satuan PAUD. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen skala Likert dengan triangulasi sumber dari guru dan orang tua, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi emosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kontrol diri dengan kontribusi sebesar (97,2%) serta terhadap konsep diri sebesar (41,7%). Nilai determinasi yang sangat tinggi pada variabel kontrol diri mengindikasikan kuatnya peran respons afektif orang dewasa, sekaligus menunjukkan perlunya kajian lanjutan untuk mengantisipasi potensi subjektivitas pelaporan kolektif. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi pedagogis berbasis empati sebagai prasyarat dalam membangun regulasi diri anak yang adaptif dan stabil, serta mendukung pengembangan model pendidikan holistik pada anak usia dini.
