Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara kebijakan pendidikan inklusif dan praktik implementasinya di satuan pendidikan, khususnya dalam aspek evaluasi yang belum dilakukan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif pada jenjang PAUD di sekolah X menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP Stufflebeam serta mengkaji kesesuaiannya dengan Panduan Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Inklusif tahun 2022 serta Panduan Penyelenggaraan PAUD Berkualitas: Lingkungan yang Inklusif tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain evaluatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan analisis dokumen pada 11 partisipan yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis tematik dengan bantuan ATLAS.ti versi 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya komitmen sekolah X dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif, namun masih terdapat kesenjangan pada aspek evaluasi, pelatihan guru, dan dokumentasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penyelarasan antara kebijakan dan praktik dalam pendidikan inklusif di PAUD.
