Dinamika Kolaborasi Sekolah dan Orang Tua dalam Membentuk Perilaku Parenting melalui Program SOT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kolaborasi antara sekolah dan orang tua melalui program Sekolah Orang Tua (SOT) dalam membentuk perilaku parenting di TK Adzkia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan satu kepala sekolah, tiga guru, dan empat orang tua. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman serta diuji keabsahannya melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum program SOT, praktik pengasuhan belum sepenuhnya selaras dengan prinsip pendidikan anak usia dini. Setelah program dilaksanakan, terjadi peningkatan komunikasi dua arah, partisipasi orang tua, serta perubahan perilaku parenting yang lebih positif. Program SOT berperan sebagai sarana kolaboratif yang berkelanjutan dalam menyelaraskan praktik pengasuhan antara rumah dan sekolah, serta menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengasuhan dan kemitraan pendidikan.
