Evaluasi Komprehensif Mutu Program Pembelajaran Digital PAUD Menggunakan Model CIPP

Meningkatnya pemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran PAUD belum diikuti dengan evaluasi mutu program yang komprehensif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi secara komprehensif mutu pelaksanaan program pembelajaran digital PAUD yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan evaluasi CIPP, yakni menilai aspek konteks, input, proses, serta produk. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen yang melibatkan kepala satuan PAUD, guru, dan orang tua. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek konteks program relevan dengan kebutuhan perkembangan anak dan selaras dengan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka. Pada aspek input, sarana dan kompetensi guru tergolong memadai, namun masih memerlukan penguatan pelatihan serta standar operasional. Pada aspek proses, integrasi digital telah berlangsung dalam pembelajaran berbasis bermain, meskipun dokumentasi dan konsistensi implementasinya perlu ditingkatkan. Pada aspek produk, program ini berkontribusi terhadap minat belajar dan literasi awal anak. Evaluasi ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat mutu dan keberlanjutan program secara sistematis.
