Integrasi coding dalam pendidikan anak usia dini semakin diakui sebagai pendekatan strategis untuk menstimulasi perkembangan computational thinking (CT) sebagai keterampilan berpikir abad ke-21. Meskipun demikian, variasi efektivitas media coding serta kesesuaiannya dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak dan konteks implementasi PAUD di Indonesia masih belum dipetakan secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas berbagai media coding meliputi unplugged coding, digital block-based coding, dan robotik tangible dalam mengembangkan komponen CT pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian menggunakan literature review terhadap sebelas artikel penelitian empiris bereputasi serta dua buku teoretis utama yang relevan dengan pendidikan CT anak usia dini. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh jenis media coding memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan CT, namun dengan pola efektivitas yang berbeda. Temuan ini memperkuat kerangka Positive Technological Development secara teoretis serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan pedoman implementasi coding PAUD yang sesuai perkembangan, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
