Lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini berbasis Islam kini semakin diminati karena mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan dengan kompetensi perkembangan anak secara holistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penyelenggaraan pendidikan pada satuan PAUD Islam dan menganalisis kesesuaiannya dengan Standar Nasional PAUD. Pendekatan fenomenologis digunakan untuk menggali makna pengalaman pendidik dan pengelola melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik interaktif Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga dengan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum memadukan aspek akademik dan nilai-nilai keislaman secara seimbang, termasuk pembiasaan salat berjamaah dan pembelajaran berbasis adab. Proses pembelajaran didukung guru berlatar keislaman, fasilitas memadai, dan pendanaan partisipatif dari orang tua. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya tata kelola pendidikan Islam usia dini yang adaptif dan sesuai regulasi, sebagai acuan praktik baik lembaga PAUD sejenis dalam meningkatkan mutu secara berkelanjutan.
